MemeWeft — Terms of Service
MemeWeft (memeweft.com) is a free game operated by Michael Hatkevich. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The deal
The game is free. There is no purchase, no subscription, and no ads. You can play without signing in. Signing in with Google is optional.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the game only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Conduct and content
You share content such as display names, avatars, captions, votes, room chat messages, and ban appeals. Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate other people, cheat, exploit bugs, or try to break the game or other players' accounts. Names and text are filtered, and we may review reports.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it so the game can work, including showing it to other players where the feature is public by design (for example captions in a room and the leaderboard). We use it for nothing else.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or go offline at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost progress, scores, or content, arising from your use of the game.
Suspension and termination
We may remove content, or warn, suspend, or ban an account, if these terms are broken. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
